These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnapDescribe, provided by Visualyze Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. This policy is effective as of February 21, 2026. Full terms coming soon. Contact us at support@visualyzelabs.com.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapDescribe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App's API or credit system.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the App or its generated content as a competing service.
  • Use the App in ways that violate Shopify's Partner Program Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Credit System

SnapDescribe operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes one credit. Credits are allocated per plan tier:

  • Free: 200 credits (one-time on install).
  • Starter: 3,000 credits per billing month.
  • Growth: 10,000 credits per billing month.
  • Pro: 30,000 credits per billing month.

Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.

3. Subscription Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Shopify App admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

4. No Refund Policy for Used Credits

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for credits that have been consumed, partially used billing periods, or plan upgrades. If you experience a technical issue resulting in credits being debited without a successful generation, please contact support@visualyzelabs.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapDescribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may require editing before publication. Visualyze Labs is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated descriptions for your specific business needs.
